End of lease cleaning (the same price for bond back and move in cleaning) starts from $156 for a master room, $198 for a studio and $293 for 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. These are starting prices and exclude GST: your final price depends on the size, condition and extras, and we confirm it on the phone before we start.

Good to know
- All prices exclude GST, which is added to your invoice (10%).
- Your price is confirmed on the phone before we start. It never goes up on the day.
- Pay after the clean, once you’ve inspected it.
- Free re-clean within 3 days if your agent or landlord raises a reasonable issue.
- A tax invoice is supplied for every job.
- Paid parking, where there’s no free parking, is charged at cost.
- Very large or very dirty properties are priced on their condition.
- Outer areas or collecting keys from the agent may add a travel fee from $21.
- Regular cleaning has a call-out fee from $42.
