About our bond back cleaning
Bond back cleaning is our end of lease clean, with carpet steam cleaning recommended, focused on the items inspectors check most. Every move-out clean we do carries the same 3-day re-clean promise.
In Victoria, your bond is held by the Residential Tenancies Bond Authority (RTBA). At the end of your lease, the rental provider can claim from it if the property isn’t left reasonably clean, allowing for fair wear and tear. A professional clean is the simplest way to avoid a dispute.
Our bond back clean covers everything in the standard end of lease clean. We also check the details inspectors tend to flag: oven racks, rangehood filters, grout lines, window tracks, wall marks and light fittings. You can add any of these as extras.
